The hotel was quiet, with wonderfully friendly staff. The location couldn't be more comfortable and prime close to the tram stop. It was next to the mall and a variety of stores as well as the liquor store.

They will charge you for a newspaper that you did not ask for. Its quiet expensive for the facilities and there is no breakfast included in the price.

The hallway carpet and walls were very dirty. The bathroom was dry and there was a dirty washcloth left in the shower

The room's door keys are very hard to use. Next door neighbors were very noisy in the middle of the night, and no phone was available to report the situation to the front desk. The hallways are smelling cigarettes. The bathroom door doesn't have door locks. Reception was less than professional in talking with us guests. Our second day reservation was not updated in their system; it was just good that another day extension was available.
